Administration for organizations
Admin is the workspace where your organization manages users, email, domains, security, and services. The options you see depend on your role and on which services the workspace has activated.
Administrators and members
Regular members use their own apps and data. Administrators manage the workspace. The owner role is responsible for the organization account and should be assigned sparingly.

Work safely
- Check that you are in the correct workspace before changing users, domains, or billing.
- Give administrator and app access only to people who need it. Use the member role when administration is unnecessary.
- Read the confirmation before suspending or removing a user, deleting a shared inbox, or changing a policy.
- Use Audit log to investigate who made a change and when it happened.
- Do not put passwords, one-time codes, secret keys, or personal data in support requests or shared notes.
Initial setup
The welcome and overview pages show which basic steps are missing. For most workspaces, a safe order is:
- Confirm organization details and administrators.
- Add or verify the domain the organization will use.
- Invite users with the correct role, language, and email address.
- Create any shared inboxes and distribution lists.
- Review the security status and enable only services that you actually intend to use.
Admin shows status and information for the organization. It does not mean every action is automatically available: some functions require a specific role, plan, or enabled service.
Help and privacy
Contact support from Customer support in Admin when something is unclear. Describe what you tried to do, the workspace, and the time, but do not share secrets or passwords.
When you administer users, logs, or devices, you process technical and personal data on behalf of the organization. Read the WAYSCloud privacy notice and follow your organization’s own access and information procedures.
