Plans
meil Business has three plans: Starter, Pro and Enterprise. A plan is chosen per user and plans can be mixed within the same organisation — one colleague can be on Pro while everyone else is on Starter, on the same domain and the same invoice.
Prices
The prices are on the business page on onmeil.eu. This page only describes what each plan includes.
Starter
The whole office suite: email on your own domain, shared mailboxes and distribution lists, calendar, contacts, files with collaborative editing, tasks, video meetings and end-to-end encrypted chat. There is no limit on the number of your own domains. Storage is 1 TB per user, and email and files share that quota.
Starter also comes with DNS and network protection, the device overview, email security monitoring, the audit log, email tracking, your own logo and colours, the desktop app and a data processing agreement.
Pro
Everything in Starter, with 2 TB per user. Pro adds sign-in to your organisation's own systems: SSO with OIDC or SAML 2.0, user provisioning with SCIM 2.0, plus access groups and admin roles. See Identity for the setup.
Enterprise
Everything in Pro, with 5 TB per user and priority support with a named contact. Enterprise adds eDiscovery, legal hold and retention. The last three are in beta and are provided on request.

What each row covers in practice is set out in What's included.
Your own domains and shared mailboxes
All three plans have room for as many of your own domains as the organisation needs. You add the domain in Admin and verify it with a single DNS record, and the console shows which records need to be in place before the email is moved across. Shared mailboxes, aliases and distribution lists are created under Email → Inboxes.
See Email and domains.
SSO and SCIM
SSO and SCIM require Pro or Enterprise. The apps are registered in Admin under Login and access, access is controlled with groups, and enforcement can be set to Off, Monitoring or Enforced. Starter users can sit in the same workspace without using SSO.
See Identity.
Your own branding
A logo and a brand colour can be set on every plan, and they appear in Admin, the web app and at sign-in. The settings are under Settings → Branding.
See Billing and settings.
Trial
New business workspaces get a 14-day trial. A payment card is registered at the start, but it is not charged until the trial is over. In Admin under Billing, the Trial badge shows how many days are left and the date the trial ends.
If you decide not to continue, every user can take their data with them first — over IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV, or as a download via Takeout.
Changing plan
A plan is set per colleague:
- When you invite someone, choose Colleague subscription in Invite colleague. The company plan is preselected when it is known.
- For a colleague who has already been created, open the user under Colleagues and change Plan on the Overview tab.
A downgrade takes effect from a stated date, and until then the user page shows the message “Downgrade to … takes effect …”. See Users and access.
User limit
If you get the message that the plan's user limit has been reached when you invite someone, the plan has to be adjusted before more colleagues can be added.
Billing
Billing in Admin shows the plan, the number of active users, active services, the estimate per month, the payment method, the organisation and invoice address, and the invoices themselves. Amounts are shown ex. VAT, and the subscription is billed monthly in advance based on active users and services.
